Why was this ‘white space’ in the partner community?
Traditional JD Edwards service providers globally focus on the functional aspects of JD Edwards plus CNC and development. Their focus is implementation and upgrade projects. SpringboardUX focusses exclusively on the UX and this requires additional skillsets in areas like Java, Groovy, JSON, JET, BI-Publisher as well as UDOs and Orchestrator. It isn’t practical for a traditional JD Edwards partner to invest the time building a team with these skills just to service their own client base. SpringboardUX operates globally.
Our Partnering Model
SpringboardUX’s can partner with existing JD Edwards Services partners to work alongside their team, as part of their team. Each UX project will require some traditional services such as Tools upgrade, server setup or security setup etc. that the partner can deliver - we work together. SpringboardUX can also assist customers with their business case for upgrading to 9.2 - the UX could be the thing that gets the project over the line. The content we have developed opens doors to new customers. We also resell some hand picked products that dovetail our offerings.

WORKSHOPS
SpringboardUX continues to deliver specialist workshops to EnterpriseOne customers globally. Our range of workshops is aimed at enabling customers to leverage the great, new features available in the recent tools releases to improve efficiency. For example, did you know that UDOs may be used to replace customizations? And as they don’t make changes to any standard objects, they are easier to test and upgrade?

Upgrade Migration Assessment Workshop
This workshop is especially aimed at customers who are planning, or in the early stages of a migration or upgrade. Out team of experts will work closely with your team to analyse your customization estate in order to identify those no longer used, those that are candidates for replacing with UDOs and those that must be kept. By replacing some with UDOs can make your upgrade experience easier and smoother and the money saved from retrofitting can be used to build the UDOs with our help. The Anatomy of the Graphics within a Composite Page
Many customers have built and deployed café one pages and composite pages. But the most difficult aspect of getting the most value from these new pages is building bespoke graphics within the pages. This requires java skills and other non-JDE skills. This new customer webinar is designed to help customers wishing to understand how the graphics within an EnterpriseOne Composite Page can be built using JDE or custom data represented in the manner you choose. Learn to truly harness the power of Composite Pages like those built within UX One.
TRAINING
SpringboardUX continues to provide training for those customers wanting to develop their own in-house UDO and/or Orchestration skills.
We currently offer the following courses – delivered remotely and flexible to meet customer commitments: -

Orchestration Standard
Orchestration Advanced
All the above courses last five days typically with instructor lead delivery for the first three or four hours a day then the remainder of the day spent completing exercises. We are flexible so the courses can be delivered within a single week or spread out to accommodate business demands on delegates. Multiple time zones can be accommodated.
Additionally, where we are engaged to build specific content, customers may buddy our consultants and learn on the job. This complements the standard training offerings.
SpringboardUX ASSIST
For customers who already have an in-house capability but require a little hand holding from time to time we have the SpringboardUX ASSIST program. ASSIST offers customers the peace of mind that they may, at any time, log a support ticket with SpringboardUX and get the advice and help they need; be it instructions, debugging or hands on setup. The required number of support hours are purchased upfront and then these are consumed when support is requested. These hours do not expire.
